Mobile Group

The Mobile Outreach Team of NGO “Your Way” is dedicated to overcoming barriers in accessing critical services for residents of remote and conflict-affected settlements. Often, people in small villages are left alone with their challenges due to a lack of transportation or destroyed infrastructure. Our team travels directly to these communities to ensure a rapid response to requests and provide support where stationary centers are currently unavailable.

The team’s work is based on the principles of mobility and flexibility: the team’s composition is adapted to the specific needs of each settlement. Outreach missions include psychologists, social workers, and legal experts who provide professional consultations “on the ground.” This approach allows for a primary assessment of community needs and the provision of emergency psychosocial support to individuals who have experienced crisis situations, helping them stabilize their emotional state in a familiar environment.

A key aspect of the mobile team’s work is coordinating the distribution of humanitarian aid and informing the population about available resources. We do more than just deliver essential items or provide services; we build an information system so that people know their rights and opportunities for receiving support from the state and international donors. The Mobile Outreach Team acts as a vital link connecting isolated communities with the broader humanitarian aid network in Ukraine.

In addition to individual work, specialists conduct group meetings and activities to strengthen social ties within the communities. This fosters the restoration of trust and mutual aid among neighbors, which is foundational for the recovery of village life. Mobile missions allow us to reach the most vulnerable populations — the elderly, people with disabilities, and large families for whom traveling to a regional center is an overwhelming task.

Through regular mobile outreach, we develop an up-to-date map of the region’s needs, enabling other humanitarian missions to work more precisely. Every trip is not just a service delivery but an act of solidarity and a confirmation that no person is left alone with their pain. We continue to expand the geography of our missions, striving to reach every doorstep where support and a kind word are needed.
