Pediatrics
A pediatrician in the mobile team helps parents quickly navigate their child’s health and reduce anxiety through clear, practical recommendations.
What we do during a consultation:
- initial examination and assessment of the child’s general condition;
- identification of “red flags” when additional examination is required;
- recommendations on regimen, recovery, nutrition and basic care;
- if necessary, referral to specialized specialists and explanation of next steps for the family.

Pet therapy is a gentle support format that reduces emotional tension and helps children more easily engage in contact and interaction.
What we do during a consultation:
- structured interaction with animals in a safe format;
- exercises to reduce tension and restore a sense of calm;

- supporting positive emotions and a sense of security in the group.

Canine therapy (AAA) is support through interaction with a therapy dog, which helps reduce anxiety and gain positive emotional experiences.
What we do during a consultation:
- safe dog interaction exercises accompanied by a specialist;
- calming and self-regulation practices through contact;
- development of empathy, trust and social skills;
- positive experiences that reduce stress and support recovery.

A neurologist in the mobile team helps to timely notice neurological manifestations that may be aggravated by stress and fatigue, and to form a clear plan of further actions.
What we do during the consultation:
- collection of complaints and a brief history (sleep, fatigue, attention);
- initial neurological examination and assessment of key symptoms;
- identification of “red flags” when additional examinations are required;
- recommendations on regimen, loads and further steps for the family.

Art therapy helps children to experience emotions gently, reduce anxiety and develop self-regulation skills through creative practices.

Balance therapy
Balance therapy helps improve coordination, reduce body tension, and support nervous system stabilization through balance and equilibrium exercises.
What we do during a consultation:
- brief assessment of coordination, balance, and tension levels;
- balance exercises to stimulate the cerebellum and develop coordination;
- synchronization of motor and cognitive functions through simple complexes;
- tips for home practice and maintaining body stability.

A crisis psychologist helps stabilize the psycho-emotional state of children and adults and reduce acute anxiety in stressful situations.
What we do during a consultation:
- a brief assessment of the person’s/family’s condition and needs;

Psychophysical intensive is a deep immersion format that combines work with the body, emotions, and psyche. It is aimed at relieving tension, eliminating blocks, and restoring a state of resourcefulness.
What we do during a consultation:
- initial assessment of movement characteristics and complaints;
- gentle mobility and strengthening exercises;
- work with posture, breathing, and relaxation to reduce tension;
- recommendations for safe daily activity and simple exercises at home.
